ABC News reports that Harriet Hageman is projected to defeat Rep. Liz Cheney in the GOP primary for Wyoming’s At-Large Congressional District. With about one-fifth of the expected vote in from the race, Hageman has a commanding 65 percent to 30 percent lead, leaving Cheney no path to catch up.
