What Went Down In The June 21 Elections In Alabama, Virginia And Georgia

The Associated Press has called the Democratic runoff for Georgia secretary of state for state Rep. Bee Nguyen. In the fall, she’ll face incumbent Brad Raffensperger, who just testified to the Jan. 6 committee earlier today about Trump’s efforts to pressure him to overturn the election. Given Raffensperger’s reputation as a fair election administrator and the Republican-leaning year, I’d call him the general-election favorite.
