Nathaniel, I think that’s a good way to look at the state of play in Virginia. The 10th District is mostly in Northern Virginia, which trended sharply toward Democrats in the Trump era. But suburban Loudoun County, which is entirely in the district and is one of the most populous counties in the state, did trend notably back to the right toward the GOP in the 2021 gubernatorial race, where it voted for Democratic nominee Terry McAuliffe by 11 points after Biden carried it by 25. So Democratic Rep. Jennifer Wexton could be in for a close one, but she is not as in deep trouble as Luria or Spanberger in the 2nd and 7th districts, respectively.
