In Virginia’s 7th Congressional District, the early returns could bode well for Vega in the GOP primary there. With 37 percent of the expected vote reporting, Vega leads with 26 percent over Anderson, who has 25 percent, and Reeves, who has 22 percent. But Prince William County, where Vega is a county supervisor, hasn’t reported any votes yet, so she might gain as we get results there.
