In Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District, we have 30 percent of the expected vote reported so far, Kiggans, the favorite, is well ahead with 59 percent of the vote, with Bell in second, with 25 percent. Barring something weird, she will most likely advance to the general election to face Democratic Rep. Elaine Luria in a seat that could definitely flip in the fall.
