As for Buttigieg, I think he was perfectly fine ... better in the second half than the first half when he made it more personal ... but he hasn't really gained ground in the debates so far, so repeating the same solid performances from Rounds 1 and 2 isn't necessarily a bullish indicator. And several of the other non-top-tier candidates had strong nights, so it's at least theoretically possible that someone like Booker or O'Rourke could gain ground at his expense.
