What Went Down In The Third Democratic Debate
The candidates are not spending a ton of time talking about Trump tonight. The table below has changed only slightly in the past hour.

| Candidate | Trump Mentions | |
|---|---|---|
| Kamala Harris | 10 | |
| Julián Castro | 6 | |
| Cory Booker | 3 | |
| Beto O’Rourke | 2 | |
| Joe Biden | 1 | |
| Bernie Sanders | 1 | |
| Elizabeth Warren | 1 | |

| Pete Buttigieg | 0 | |
| Amy Klobuchar | 0 |
The policy discussion has been in-depth as usual tonight, though the guns and immigration discussions had fewer numbers than the health care debate. But it still assumes a lot of voter knowledge. Even the process discussion is wonky — discussing the filibuster, budget reconciliation, parliamentarian reform and executive order constitutionality.
