Jorge Ramos points out that the Obama administration deported more people than any other administration. But I wonder how that statistic changes if you adjust for total population (there are more people in the U.S. today than in, say, 1950) and time (Obama had eight years; Trump has had two and a half so far).

Well, as Amelia wrote earlier, Sanders’ proposal of budget reconciliation is also pretty revolutionary. As Ezra Klein wrote at Vox, “What Sanders is saying is that he will command his vice president to ignore the parliamentarian’s advice and simply rule that anything he wants to do is permissible under reconciliation.”

Interesting that Sanders brings up his rating from the NRA, but in the 2016 cycle that was actually an issue where Hillary Clinton got to his left because Sanders didn’t have a thoroughly anti-NRA record.
