What Went Down In The Third Democratic Debate

Barack Obama is having a great night.

Just a reminder that the public option is actually quite a bit more popular than Medicare for All, even among Democrats. So it’s Warren and Sanders who are swimming a bit upstream in terms of public opinion here.

I wonder if the rest of the debate will have as much about who’s looking to succeed Obama and who’s looking to move in a more explicitly progressive direction. This is obvious for health care, but I wonder if it’ll extend to other issues.
