It’s so easy to forget during a Democratic debate that Obamacare remains fairly unpopular. Just 39 percent of Americans favor it, according to the Huffington Post/Pollster.com aggregate. I don’t see how single-payer health care would be any more popular once Republicans started ripping it apart. Nor am I sure how it would pass when Republicans have more than 40 votes in the Senate.
