Clinton is saying here that Democrats should be running on the economy during the general. In some ways, that’s hard to consider given all the security fears people have right now. The GOP debate the other night was all terrorism talk.

An August Marist poll showed that 68 percent of Americans were in favor of raising the minimum wage. That includes 92 percent of Democrats. It’s a very popular position.
