The Associated Press has projected that Kris Kobach has won Kansas attorney general’s race, defeating Democrat Chris Mann. As Maggie wrote earlier, his win could have implications for immigrant communities and voting rights in the state. Kobach had lost his bid for governor in 2018 and for U.S. Senate in the 2020 Republican primary.
