One question that has been hanging over this election, with so many candidates who refused to accept the results of the 2020 election, is whether candidates would be willing to concede when they lose, or whether they’d baselessly cry fraud à la Trump. At least one of those candidate, Dan Cox, the Maryland Republican candidate for governor who attended the Jan. 6 rally that preceded the attack on the Capitol, has reportedly called to concede to Democrat Wes Moore, who ABC News has projected to win:
