Nate, I think not having Kemp is probably a net negative for Walker, but I also think the bigger question is whether Senate control is on the line in a runoff. If it is, that seems like it would accrue to Walker’s benefit, because it would allow him to continue to nationalize the race, and let his supporters overlook his personal baggage. But if it’s not going to determine the majority, do Republicans still bother turn out for Walker in the numbers he needs? Polls have shown he’s less popular among his voters than Warnock is among his.
