Several races in New Jersey have tightened up considerably. In the 5th District, with about 28 percent of the vote reporting Josh Gottheimer is leading by just 2 points, 51-49 percent. And in the 7th District, with about 75 percent of the vote reporting, Tom Malinowski is up, 51-49 percent.
