We’re watching two state races in Minnesota that ABC News isn’t tracking — the attorney general race that is largely functioning as a proxy for Republican charges that Democrats are soft on crime — and the secretary of state race between a Democratic incumbent and a Republican election denier. State data on those races show about 14 percent of the vote is in on both of them. So far, Democratic incumbent Keith Ellison is winning the attorney general race with 66 percent, and Democratic incumbent Steve Simon has an even bigger lead in the secretary of state race with 70 percent.
