In the most recent wave of our FiveThirtyEight/Ipsos poll, we asked likely voters if they thought they had some good options to vote for on their ballot for governor, Senate, the House of Representatives or other offices in today’s elections. Twenty-five percent felt they had “many good options,” 57 percent felt they had “a few good options,” and 9 percent felt they had only bad options. Most likely Republican voters (89 percent) and likely Democrat voters (84 percent) felt they had at least a few good options, compared with 16 percent of independent likely voters.
