The ballots are rolling in from Louisiana, where any winning candidate must secure at least 50 percent of votes in a race today to avoid a run-off. So far, ABC News projects that Republican Steve Scalise will win in the state’s 1st District, Democrat Troy Carter will win in the 2nd, Republican Mike Johnson will win in the 4th, Republican Julia Letlow in the 5th, and Republican Garret Graves will win in the 6th.
