In Virginia’s 7th District, Democratic incumbent Spanberger has inched ahead of Vega with 98 percent of the expected vote reporting; Spanberger now leads 51 percent to 49 percent. Most of the outstanding votes from populous Prince William County, the district’s Democratic bastion, have reported, putting Spanberger in the lead.
