How Election Week 2022 Went Down

Charlie Crist, the Democratic candidate for Florida governor, has said he’s “at peace” with the race’s results and has congratulated Gov. DeSantis, in a concession speech streamed to socials: “To you and your family, I wish you only the best. And I wish the best to my fellow Floridians.”

If he wins, Oz would become the country’s first Muslim senator. Like in many other ways, Pennsylvania mirrors the nation with a population that is around 1 percent Muslim.

Kansas Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly is leading in her race, with 61 percent to Republican Derek Schmidt’s 38 percent. Twenty-six percent of the expected vote has been counted.
