More out of California: ABC News reports that Democrat Josh Harder is projected to win California’s 9th District and Democrat Jim Costa is projected to win California’s 21st District. No surprises here — Harder currently leads Republican Tom Patti 56 percent to 44 percent, and Costa leads Republican Michael Maher 55 percent to 45 percent. This leaves just nine House races unresolved; as a reminder, Republicans need to win only one to clinch a majority.

Several House races are still up in the air
