One of the last unresolved races in Arizona is the attorney general’s race between Democrat Kris Mayes and Republican Abe Hamadeh. Mayes currently leads by an extremely narrow margin — 50.06 percent to 49.96 percent — and the race could go to a recount. But there are still up to 50,000 votes left to count in Arizona, so that margin may still shift. As the chart below shows, Hamadeh needs at least 53 percent of what’s outstanding in order to take the lead.
