Polls have closed in New Jersey as of 8 p.m. eastern. But this came after a judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and the League of Women Voters that sought to extend voting hours, alleging “reports of some polling locations turning away voters due to technical issues and delays.”
