Arlington County is also reporting all of its early/absentee votes, and McAuliffe has won them 82 percent to 18 percent. Biden won Arlington County 81 percent to 17 percent en route to a 10-point statewide win — BUT remember, we expect early/absentee votes to be better for McAuliffe than the overall vote will be.
