The Trump campaign filed a bare-bones complaint in federal court earlier today claiming that poll observers were being denied access to the ballot count in Philadelphia. The request was denied this evening when the Trump campaign and Philadelphia reached an agreement over observers’ access. (And during the hearing, an attorney for the Trump campaign apparently admitted that some of their representatives were in the room.)
