Well, after a flurry of results this morning from Georgia and Pennsylvania, and then Arizona and Nevada, we’ve hit a bit of a lull, reader. As a reminder, decision desks like the one at ABC News take time to make their projections. And in an election as contentious as this one, most outlets that call elections are erring on the side of being extra cautious.

We do know at this time that Biden plans to address the evening later today, in prime time according to his campaign, so it could be a while before we have a projected winner. Or … maybe not. We’re actively monitoring this situation though, and will do our best to keep you informed.

I suspect the “legal challenges” avenue is not going to be a fruitful one, Micah, if the Trump team is actually thinking the outcome can be changed through litigation at this point. I chatted with Galen yesterday about how the Trump campaign’s litigation is going so far — and the answer is not well. The campaign has yet to produce any evidence of voting-related wrongdoing or misconduct, despite all the (false) talk about fraud and a stolen election.
