This morning's hearing in one of the Pennsylvania cases is over, and it looks like we won't be getting a ruling today. At issue is the handling of mail-in ballots in Montgomery County, where some voters were given the chance to correct ballots that were found deficient before the polls closed. In the hearing, county officials testified that the process has been in place for years and it seems like a relatively small number of ballots were "cured" in this process. During the hearing, the judge seemed skeptical of the claim that the procedure "violated the integrity of the election." We'll keep you posted on how this unfolds. Additional briefing is being filed next.
