Things are looking much better for Biden in Wisconsin. ABC is reporting 97 percent of the vote is in and Biden is ahead by 20,697 votes. Other outlets say it's at 99 percent of the vote counted. Meanwhile, Wisconsin reporters are saying there are no big clumps of votes out there left to count. The percentage difference between the two candidates remains within that 1 percent margin, though, so a recount is still something the Trump team could ask for if they do lose.
