Biden leads by about 9 points statewide, according to ABC News, with 52 percent of the expected vote. The county with the largest vote reporting there is Wayne County, on the periphery of the Cleveland metropolitan area, which has 95 percent of its expected vote in. Trump won it by 34 points in 2016 but right now leads by 17 points.
