What Went Down In The 2018 Midterms

We’ve seen a lot of regional variation tonight, and basically what it would take for Republicans to hold the House is a strong performance on the West Coast — winning a lot of the tight races in California and Washington, for instance. Those aren’t the first places I’d want to have to win if I were Republicans — but it’s been a bit of a weird night.
