My colleague Nathaniel says he’ll be closely watching the race in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District between incumbent Bruce Poliquin, a Republican, and Democrat Jared Golden. The Deluxe version of our House forecast gives Golden a 5-in-8 chance of taking the seat from Poliquin. If a candidate doesn’t get 50 percent of the vote share or more, Maine’s system of ranked-choice voting kicks in. Polls in Maine close at 8 p.m. Eastern.
